Solution - Internet Explorer has stopped working

The problem

Analysis of Problem 
We found that when the user tried to register the tracking of targets in a given application, Internet Explorer crashed and displayed the error message below:



Solution 
The problem was resolved by resetting Internet Explorer options and then deleting some keys in the Windows Registry.

1 In Internet Explorer, click "Tools", "Internet Options"; 
2 Navigate to the "Advanced" tab and click the "Reset" button and select the option to "Delete personal settings"; 
3 Again, click "Reset"; 
4 Close the browser; 
5 Click the "Start" menu and type "regedit" (Run as Administrator.); 
6 Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft \ Internet Explorer; 
7 Rename the "Internet Explorer" key to "Internet Explorer.old"; 
8 Nave to the key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings; 
9 Rename the key: "Internet Settings" for "Internet Settings.old"; 
10 Reboot the machine and test.
