Your Internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened

For information, 
Several technicians are reporting that they are having trouble running programs with an EXE extension on Windows 7. 
At the time of execution. "EXE" are getting the following error message:

"Windows Security" 

"These files can't be opened" 

"Your Internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened."

Solution

1. Open Internet Explorer. 

2. Click "Tools," then click "Internet Options." 

3. Click on "Security" tab. 

4. Click "Restore the default level of all zones", then click OK.

If not resolved, follow the step below: 

1. Click "Start."; 

2. Type "gpedit.msc"; 

3. Clicking the right mouse in "gpedit.msc" icon and choose "Run as Administrator" option;

4. Navegue the "User Settings", "Administrative Templates", "Windows Components", "Attachment Manager" and then "Inclusion list of file types for low risk"

5. In "Inclusion list ..." window click "Enabled" and fill the "Options" field with the file extension that is displaying the security warning.

6. Click "OK" and test the file again.
