"The program used to create this object is AcroExch. That program is not installed on the computer or is not responding. To edit this object, install or AcroExch sure to close all dialog boxes in AcroExch"
Solution AcroExch
1. Click the Start menu, then type regedit, click the right mouse on the "regedit.exe" icon and select "Run as administrator" option;
2. In Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT;
3. Look for AcroExch.Document key and delete the key.
